Holly's Stay in Orting

Mr. Weeks took Holly for a week to breed her to his Stallion, Rancher Gold.
I missed her very much but I knew that he was going to take good care of her.

We went in to the barn to see if she was really in heat.
She was going in, so we left her there.

Here are some pics of the stallion.

He is a really nice horses, he even let me pet him.

He sure does like the camera.

He looked sad to see her go,
he is probably saying, "they come, then they go."
If all went and continues to go well, Holly will foal in July 2010.
It's hard to wait a year.

This is the horse that Holly shared a paddock with during her stay.
Mr.Weeks said when he took his gelding out, Holly would freak out so much it sounded like she was going to die. So I think that she had a good time.

How nice- Holly went to summer camp and even made a bunk(pen) friend! Beautiful stallion - should be a special goal next July.

That stallion is a beautiful animal! I hope that you will have a new foal to care for next year.

Holly's little babe should be beautiful and I am very happy I live close enough to see the expected equine blessing ( foal)!

New kittens, you sure do live in Paradise Miss Anna Colleen.
