The Save For The Day!

Hummbirds are fast but not fast enough

because Winter caught one!

I saved it from him, gave
it suger water and put it in a basket.
When it felt better, we took the basket outside,
lifted the flap and it flew away so fast
it missed the picture!

All better, no thanks to naughty Winter!

I'm with Mildred. Winter surely is swift. Glad you were able to save the hummingbird.

I had a cat sit on an open staircase for days and he finally caught a hummer - unfortunately he caught it so hard - wasn't possible to rescue - good for you rescuing and naughty Winter - doing just what a cat is 'sposed to do.

Whoa! That's cool! We saved a wild baby bunny from Cocoa Bean last week. ( It was trying to nurse on him after he brought it to our porch. Then he showed us the way to the rabbit nest. ) Tom was not happy we saved it!
